How about a shift dress - the 60's styles are really in in the UK at the moment (if you're in the UK)? If the dress is black it will be slimming and excentuate the colours in the jacket. Wear with knee length black boots or black high heels and perhaps thick black tights? Otherwise black trousers and top with high heeled boots. Happy shopping!

Dont just wear black and dark colours this is often a mistake made by more curvacious women. The only thing i would recommend that you dont wear is any stripes horizontal arent flattering and in my opinion neither are vertical. Red is a big colour this season and can be worn by anybody regardless of weight or height. The latest fashion is tunics and dress/ tops, these would be really good for a fuller figure especially if teamed with a good belt and although i recommended avoiding dark colours monochrome is big this season so black and white together would be good maybe topped with hints of red ie handbag/ shoes or hairclips.

I think a dress, in a dark colour like black or navy. Definitely plain though as the jacket sounds busy. Perhaps make a sash the same as one of the colors in the jacket and wear that as a waistbelt, or just below the bust with the dress, CUTE!!

The darker pant you wear is what is the most slimming. I fthe jacket is short you need to wear alonger shirt not to the top of the pant or even eith the hacket. Boots this time of the year give the slimming efect if you short wear a high heel boot / Also the color of your top must not be a bright color tone down the bright colors and no stripes or big flowers.

A solid, non pleated, no back pocket type trouser that is not a boot cut would look good. The boot cut pants make your leg look chopped off, not a good look for MANY people. I personally am a Khaki fan but any solid color matching one of the colors in your jacket should look quite nice

A simple black skirt or plain black trouser looks great on multi colored jacket.Black and white compliments any color.Or if you think black or white is too classic, you can couple your jacket with a plain green, blue or biege skirt or trouser. That will give you a fresher and updated look.

You could wear a pair of black trousers or jeans with a black v neck or round neck top.
Other tips are:
Never wear cropped trousers.
Never wear anything horizontal.
Avoid white as it tends to flatter petite women more.
Never wear drainpipes or tighfitting jeans.
Bootcut jeans are the most flattering.
Never wear cropped tops or jackets as they cut you in two and emphasise problem areas.
Never wear spots or tops with small patterns on.
When wearing skirts stick to A line shape or pencil skirts.
Hope this helps.

Personally i would go with the trouser suit, get a nice material/fabric that's not clingy. (clingy-anything that has spandex). get a loose fabric that skims over the body, preferably in a dark colour as it would be more slimming for you.
good luck^^
