you can create new word brother. In the philippines, our language is enriching coz most of us love doing or creating new words.

first create it with your self.
then, share it with your friend and every person you know.
In a year or two i bet it will be known in your city.

like for example. the word "windang"

for filipinos, it means somehow "not on your ownself or a person who crams everytime there a job"

Before no body knows that word. but it was used by one group in manila. until it was already known may not all but most filipinos.

Your premise is flawed. No one gave words meanings they gave "meanings" words. Objects exist with or without names. Actions emotions etc. existed and people put words to them.

You are not controlled by words but by meanings.

Words have meaning through their use. Words change there meaning regularly. Take the word 'gay'. back in the 1930 and so, it meant happy. In the 1950s and 1960s we started to use it to me homosexual. 'Wicked' used to mean 'bad' but now is becoming to mean brilliant.

You can create a language exclusively for yourself.
But nobody can understand.
If somebody starts understanding, one of them starts to ask question like you
