I went to put oil in my 1996 Hyundai Accent and noticed a buildup of really cloudy, oil building up. I immediately checked the dipstick and there wasn't a trace of water that I could tell. I thought it might have been condensation, so I cleaned up the area pretty well. I recently checked it again and the build up is back. The car doesn't seem to be running hot or misfiring, but needless to say, I'm still concerned. Any help would be appreciated.

I'd guess it is condensation. Because it is winter and you may be taking short trips the engine does not get hot enough to evaporate the water. A good long road trip might clear it up.

If your not losing radiator coolant, your probably driving vehicle on short trips in cold weather and the engine isn't getting hot enough to evaporate the moisture that is created.
