This is for =42 First, I think you may have meant millimeter for millimeter instead of mililiter for mililiter and Second, I don't know how a dady long legs could be poisonous since when I was little the kids down the street used to pull off their legs for fun and I used to hold them all the time and none of us were poisoned in any way.

As you are asking in reptiles I'll presume you mean in that category. I believe sea snake venom is the most toxic, but it's fangs are not of a design that can penetrate humans so you don't hear much about it. Maybe the red bellied black snake from Australia or the Funnel web spider also. Though I have heard that millilitre for millilitre, the daddy long legs is the most poisonous spider.

Let's assume you are speaking of reptile venom and not toxins in general. For snakes, there's two parts; delivery system and type of venom. Venomous snakes are divided into three types: rear-fanged, front-fanged, and vipers. Rear-fanged snakes (such as sea snakes or mambas) generally have the most virulent venom, but they also have the least efficient delivery system, they have fang[s] in the back of their mouth that have a groove that the venom trickles down. Front-fanged snakes (cobras) have the venom delivering teeth in the front of their mouth and are slightly more effective, having a groove that has its edges folded in, almost forming a tube. Vipers (rattlesnakes and any snake with viper in its name) have the most efficient delivery system and therefore have the least virulent venom (although most are still more than capable of killing you). Vipers have two long front fangs (one on each side) in the upper jaw that is completely hollow, much like a hypodermic needle. They ordinarily lie back againt the rooth of the mouth, but when the snake opens its mouth they swing forward.
By amount, sea snakes have the most toxic venom, but they are very shy, even for most snakes, which will turn tail and slither rather than bite.

Reptiles is the Australian Brown snake
Most deadly venom in the world over all is the cone snail, it can kill a person in seconds. The snail eats prey that is much faster than it is, so it lures them in and "stings" stings them. From there the prey fish dies instantly and is then consumed.
