I am not aware of any books but there are pretty decent websites of Dr. Bhim Rao Ambedkar ...that also tells u that he was a follower of buddhism.(u can find website on google.com)

U want book written by Dr. Ambedkar?...hmmm....go for the "constitution of india". it was written by him.
