When she talk any other man or woman or any body then she is not close her lip , if she close her lip then so seems that she is close her lip in trouble and lip will not close well. So she is not talk more time any person , you will understand feeling of her , so want advise for solve this proble so that her lip will thin by operation or other.

If I understand you correctly, she has a problem with her lip that affects her speaking and/or her self-esteem. Though I don't suggest this in most cases, plastic surgery could probably fix that for her. The medical field can do amazing things now to fix deformities and misalignments and such. Do some research, find a reputable surgeon who specializes in plastic surgery reconstruction and go for a consultation. They will tell you what can be done.
It won't be cheap, but there is no magic fix for something like that. I mean, you can't just go out to the store and buy something to make her lips thinner.

Hang a wanted poster on the gate of your house, hang one on your two wheelers back and pastes another on to your cars rear glass. You will get many who will be so very sweet, beautiful, who will be ready to share if not everything atleast all that 'Lots more" you have.
