"A" is the first letter of our (Roman) alphabet, and thus there is no letter before it.
0/0 is called "indetermined".
It is NOT "undefined".
It is NOT "infinity". Infinity is NOT a number; it is only a concept.
5/0 is "undefined", because you can't divide by zero.
It is NOT "indetermined".
It is NOT "infinity", because again, infinity is NOT a number.
The reason why 5/0 is "undefined" is because it can take on no possible values. If 5/0 = x, then algebra tells us 5 = 0*x. But anything times 0 is 0, so x can't be anything. On the other hand, 0/0 is "indetermined" because it can take on ANY value. By the same reasoning, 0/0 =x, and 0=0*x.

do u know what comes before A?
the letter after which A comes , comes before A.
0/0 has so many values (like 1,0,and any real or complex no.) hence no fixed answer for it . therefore we consider it as undetermined.
division by 0 is not defined as it wont end ever.hence 5/0 is infinity.

0/0 equals any number, because any number multiplied by zero equals zero.
The reason that we know this is because an easy way to find out the answer to a fraction is to multiply a number by it's denominator, and have it equal the numerator. The number that you multiplied the denominator by will be what the fraction equals.
For example, 5/1 obviously equals five, but you can see that if you multiply 5 by 1, it equals five. This is another way to prove that it's five. Also, 4/2 is obviously two, but if you multiply 2 by 2, you get four, another way to prove your answer.
Now, 5/0 has two answers. The first is "undefined," because there is no number that can be multiplied by zero to equal five, and since you define things in math by numbers (as far as what the expression equals), the answer has no number answer, therefore it's undefined.
The other answer is infinity. This is because no matter what you multiply zero by, it will never equal five. So, you can add zero to itself for infinity, and it still won't equal 5. This is why the other answer's infinity. But either answer is acceptable, because they're both correct. But usually the answer people put down is "undefined" (I like infinity better, but hey, that's me).
Well there you go, I'm glad I could help. :)

What comes before "A" will depend on what word you are referring to. Dictionary wise no letter comes before A and please dont misunderstand it as "no" coming before "A". No means No(Nill, null, nothing) and 0/0 is indeterminate. So is 5/0.
