I have understood what you are referring at!
There may be several reasons for your internet connection to be "STRUCKED". Possibly, if you are using your telephone line to connect to the internet, it may be a possibility that there is disturbance in the line
-- Your computer may be having some spywares, which are actively working in the background and making the website's page loading slow.
-- Wrong settings for (Dialup/Broadband) may also be reason of internet getting slow and strucked time and again. In this case plz refer to your hardware administrator or Your ISP Customer Care.
Though the solutions are many .. but first thing where you can look is your Internet service provider's(ISP) customer care.

u have bandwidth is the reason for that if u feel which bandwidth is not enough to work with it. u can switch over to something else.
