Cupcakes is a good idea, but you might want to have some more variety. Why don't you add in different pastries and open a bakery? There's just not a high enough demand here for just cupcakes. Good luck!

You say "like they do in America" - does that mean cupcakes are uncommon where you are?

If that's the case, you'd have to try and work out if there's a market for them, and if they're not common, figure out how to educate people about them and market them.

You'd probably have your best success as a supplier to grocery stores and other places where you might get small snacks and pastries.

I'm not aware of any retail stores that get by just selling cupcakes. They're either a general baker/pastry shop or they're a coffee shop that might have them available.

It seems a little risky to only make cupcakes, but if that's your passion, maybe you'll become the best and biggest cupcake make in the land.

If you just want to provide them as part of some other service, maybe there's a franchise opportunity you could get into like Starbucks or Dunkin Donuts.

Obviously, learn how to bake cupcakes and sell them from your home. Give flyers to your neighbors, family, friends, co-workers or post them in condos near your area. Test the market first before investing big.
