Many people enjoy the buffets of many of the casinos, and there are world-class chefs at each and every one. However, one stands out in my opinion.

The Sunset Station Buffet has various cultures all in one large area, including Mexican, Chinese, barbeque, Italian, etc. There are about five or six areas overall, plus the desserts. Those are perhaps the best part.

Also, Las Vegas has many casual restaurants that are likely in your hometown. Las Vegas has so many places to eat it is hard to pick ones that any one person would enjoy, but this one is the best that I have been to.

There are many great restaurants in Vegas and the prices vary from cheap to very expensive. One of my favorites is Emeril's Delmonico steakhouse at the Venetian. There is also a cheesecake factory located at the shoppes in Caesars. Here is a website you can also check out: www.cheapovegas.com

If you are downtown & hungery, stop by the Gold Spike Hotel & Casino on Ogden & 3rd. They have a great snack bar where you can get a shrimp cocktail, a slice of Marie Calerndar's pie or a hot roast beef sandwich for cheap.
I used to work there years ago. . .

There is this great Mediterranean/Greek restaurant off of Maryland Parkway and Harmon across from UNLV. It's called Daily Chicken and Gyros, and becomes a hookah place at night. The food is really reasonably priced, and it's really yummy! My fave there is the beef shawerma. Enjoy!

If you are hungry and have a big appetite and like buffets, the Wynn has a fantastic dinner buffet. It is pricey but if you eat a lot or want to treat yourself, try this buffet. For breakfast, Paris has an awesome buffet.
