Carbon Copy (exact copy of a letter/e-mail sent to someone else)
OR
Close Captioned (subtitles on a tv show/movie)

Depending on the context

It originally stood for Carbon Copy, however since the use of email, and the less use of carbon paper, most people have taken to calling it a Courtesy Copy

If you meant "cc" with lower case letters that stands for cubic centimeters-the equivalent of mililiters.

cc in small caps mean cubic centimeters

CC or C/C is the medical term for chief complaint

It could be just about anything, but the one that comes to mind is:

cubic centimetres

It refers to something regarding engines, particularly in motorcycles. I think it's the amount of space in an engine cylinder, but I could be way off, so you might want to wikipedia it.
