Yahoo! lists random trivia in which 23 happened to be related to. There are just as many coincidences about other numbers as well. Who gives a crap? This "magical number" garbage is a crutch for the weak-minded.

The reason this question popped up is because some uber-geek with absolutely NO life desperately struggles to find a reason to live out his pathetic cubicle-caged, fake life filled with $5 cups of crappy coffee from starbucks. Get a life.

Nobody really cares - so why did YOU bring it up? Most of the rest of us are trying to ignore the whole silly ad campaign - I suggest you do the same.

I don;t put faith in anything, not a number, superstitions, because no matter what someoen says, I like to do the opposite and just live my life the way I want without conforming to what everyone else is doing.
I never go in for the hype that a lot of people do, it just isn't logical to me.

Yes, getting a coffee from starbucks is stupid. It's so bad I had to try it a second time just to convince myself that a coffee could be so bad. So, yes, 23 makes people stupid. Now 42, there's a number....

I don't plan on seeing the movie, but I do love Starbucks. You can't just go in there and buy a cup of coffee. You have to get a latte or frappuccino. The frappuccinos are fantastic. If you just want plain coffee, go to 7 Eleven.

I would have to agree with you. I want to see the movie but only because it has Jim Carey in it and it appears as though he (finally) plays a bad guy. But I don't buy into all the superstition crap of it either.

That's it! You solved it! There are 23 different ways Starbucks can overcharge you for lousy coffee. It's a conspiracy!
