any time during the day, you generally pay extra for before nine, i've had special delivery post turn up at 3 before now.

Special Delivery is guaranteed to arrive the next day, but it might not arrive with the rest of your post.
It can arrive at any time that day (unless the sender has paid extra to guarantee it before a certain time).

when it comes to the royal mail nothing is guaranteed!!
although my straighteners sent first class and posted monday morning from london did arrive safe and sound this morning at my door!
but if you've paid for a special delivery then that is the service you should receive...if not take it up with royal mal or whoever your are using! good luck =]

if the package is guaranteed to arrive at a certain time, and does not, then the sender can get reimbursed the money paid to send the package

There is one that is guaranteed before 9am and one before 1pm depends which 1 it was-check with the post office x

There are 2 services, pay more for 9.00 am service or less for next day service which is delivered by 1pm
