Death of Saddam Hussein is injustice as he was used as a scapegoat for the U.S invasion on Iraq.

I agree there are so many other tyranical leaders in the world that nothing is done about, so why just single him out. But look at what the man did! He was pure evil, he should of died a more painful death. He was very brave standing there when everybody was jeering him at the gallows, I kind of admire him for that.. I have read so many awful and disgusting things that he has done and I am glad he was put to death. The way Iraq was while he was in charge, I certainly wouldn't be happy if the world turned it's back on me if I lived there. In the long run it's a good thing that he was executed.

Saddam earned his death a hundred times over,as many world leaders have if want my humble opinion. The fact that he was allowed to walk this Earth and do as much harm as he did is the real injustice. The fact that our own leaders were partly to blame for his ascension to power and the length of time that he held onto that power only adds insult to injury. Between his actions, the actions of others in the region over the last century including us and those and those in the region who desire nothing more than one giant oppressive Islamic state the entire region is one giant cesspool as far as I'm concerned. Anyone who lives in that region that doesn't take themselves and their children and abandon the entire place is a fool in my eyes,I cant believe anyone thinks anything in that entire part of the world is worth fighting for anymore.

Silly question isn't it?Seeing that he murdered hundreds of thousands of innocent people, his goons like to put childrens limbs in tree shredders because the parents disagreed with Saddams politics,he and his sons had rape and torture rooms.

I personally think the people of Iraq should have been able to torture him as he did to them, his death was too easy for him.But yes justice was served by the Iraqi courts.

Injustice. The lack of transpearcy is shocking!!! The treatment meted out to him is also appalling. It appears the US was scared of Saddam in death they have glorified him to a higher level. It was injustice as a man so vile does not deserve the wave of sympathy he is getting. They shoul have allowed him to live and suffer as a mere mortal not hang as a Hero to some.

I never like Saddam. To me he is worse than dog shits. However, I strongly believe that his death is an injustice. The war in Iraq is an illegal war. How can a puppet regime render judgement to anyone and called it "justice" ?

It is injustice for many reasons, the first his age was 69, at this age u don't judge and give capital punishment. The way the trial was conducted was also not just, but gave the impression that it was just settling scores by the americans. He had already lost the war and a prisoner, so capital punishment is not justified.

Both. Justice - because he killed so many innocent people.
Injustice - because who gave USA the authority to rule other countries? Tell other countries' leaders how to run their countries? Who delegated USA to be the country's watchdog? Are they that bored that they invade people's countries? Don't they know that by doing that they will cause unnecessary wars? When you're assigned to be a president then it means you should run your country not your country and the world included.
