Develop a trust and belief in yourself. Do this my getting you really know your likes and dislikes and being comfortable with the choices you make. Self awareness is the key. Then your perceptions are the ones that count the most.

you must be putting out strong message for the good or the bad about your personality. try not to be the focus of everything you do and say and step back from the center of attention and observe your peers. Don't be so judgemental on other people or let you ego think its all about you. Most people are probably not even aware of you and your are making a moutain out of a molehill. Live and let live

You control your thoughts and feelings....no one else. Be secure in who you are and be proud of your values, goals and unique personality. What others think about you can only bother you if you allow it to. Just remember that you know deep inside who you are, what you think and believe. Others tend to judge us on looks, etc. You are much more than that. Listen to the people you truly trust and don't worry about the others. Others can percieve you any way they wish but it doesn't change who you really are.

YOU ARE ONLY abused, used, taken advantaged of, lied to, and ran over by others AS MUCH AS YOU ALLOW IT TO HAPPEN. Believe me others can see it very quickly. It is that simple.
