Take up an oath in life not to step into pubs, dicothque as a result destroy the westernisation of indian culture.

Engineers,doctors,auditors and all professionals should work only in India and for India.

there are many street chidren out there even in tourist places like goa. they are shunted by thier own community! when i go a simple toy or some clothes will bring the smile back. some places are rich like delhi, but some places are slums. there are many aids charities you could help but i think the bestway is to give possesions as i still see the children with the things i gave them years ago. it beaks your heart to see babies eating stones and mud. some areas are rich bu they don't support the rest of india.

we students? I don't think you can help a whole country. But agree with other comments, its about wealth distribution, and there is little anyone can do unless the people themselves help themselves. I recently heard someone complain, labour is so expensive, used to be about 1 british pound a day, now its about 2. so it looks like things are changing

by going there and seeing it for yourself.and trust me there the poor schools studients need help
not the rich schools
there are schools where street kid's don't have proper school uniform's and some don't even have food or proper life's due to the parent's beeing very poor.
if i want to help i just go to the school and pick the very poor one's out and get them there book's and cloth's it's the most i can do and trust me i do find them studying very hard and they all make me proud by showing me how well they are doing.
good luck and hope you can do your bit.go there and buy the books and pens it's cheaper out there.

Are you off your head? India is in line to become the world second largest economy! we don't need to help it! All it needs to do is figure our how to distribute the wealth so that people come off the poverty line!
