Yes, that would equate to 100.4°F. Normal temperature is 98.6°F. You probably don't need to see a doctor yet, just take asprin or ibuprofen every 4-6 hours for a day or two and then see the doctor if the fever doesn't break within 24-48 hours.

Yes, it is. Anything above 37c means that you do have a fever, you should go and see the doctor if you have 38.5 or more. I know, because I'm ill at the moment and I have a fever every day.

38 cel is at the maximum for being acceptable. 36 to 38 is the norm.
