How can I have a marriage via teleconference or telephone?

i don't believe so, i know you can do it via teleconference and over the phone

No, it is not possible to have an "official" wedding. To officiate a wedding, you must have a marriage certificate signed and sealed by the proper court official.

No, there is no such thing. Official documents must be in order and the ceremony must be done in the presense of proper authorities.

uh, not sure what you are asking. have you met this girl/boy? well, i would think it would be possible because you have to have a marriage license and both have to sign it in order to be married and some states require blood tests.

No and I dont think it ever will be. Why not just go down to the local court house and get married there.
