and leaving his widow and five year old child out of his will?? I heard this on TV today...

this is WRONG ..and wrong to lock them out of their house without a court order or allowing them to get their personal items out..this is a five year old child..how heartless can someone be??

It is wrong that social security(taxpayers) will be paying for this child to be raised instead of a rich man who was his father!!!

The house was locked under orders from his lawyers. Because of who is was his estate needed to be put in order before anyone could come into the house.
The lady that he was married to at the time of his death does have a home of her own so she was not homeless.
As for money and leaving his children out of his will. It is his money and his house and he can what he wants with it. He can even leave it to a bum on the street.
Children as much as we love them are entitled to what we give them in the end.

You can probably avoid a lot of things by dying...but I think you will agree that he did not take such drastic action with this as his only motivation.
