I would say that you should combine both meat and vegetables to get the best from each. In general you should have 5 portions of fruit and vegetables each day and one portion of meat. Red meat is a great sourse iron, which your body needs for your blood and fish is what they call brain food. Try to have some of each and fill the rest with vegetables and fruit.

both, together.
they say that as long as ur input is the same as ur out put, ull be fine. but i say thats wrong. if u input meaty things all the time, u wont be getting ALL the nutrients that u need. and vise versa with the vegetable one. i believe that both a meaty and vege diet will keep u feelin and lookin gr8 as long as u exercise too. we were created with blunt and sharp teeth, therefore we all have the right to eat both plantation and meats.

I think the best diet for a person is to eat smaller portions of food at meals and to eat healthy snacks and don't sit around alot.If someone can do that they shouldn't have to cut a food group out of their diet.

Just think about the protein that you will miss being a vegetarian.
I know all about the replacements you can take.
But veggies alone?
Makes your skin look real pale.
Eat regularly small amounts a day, then there is no need to snack as well.
Tulips.

Both are great. I'm a vegetarian so I have to supplement my protein intake with Soy products which can get pricey.
