Bugs Bunny, he would be smart enough not to fight Wolverine, and besides, he can be sliced, diced, chopped, dropped and still bounce right back as he is a cartoon. Plus his union is stronger then Wolverines so he has to win.

The answer to this question depends more on venue than you'd think:
In the Warner Brothers Universe (Looney Tunes, Merrie Melodies, etc.) Bugs would drive the ol' Canucklehead nuts - obviously resulting in a berserker rage - but that's no more or less than Bugs is used to from Taz. A few drag sequences and a lot of Acme explosives later and Logan would be on the ground crying in a diaper.
In the Marvel Universe, Logan would gut him after the first exploding cigar. Nuff' Said.
In a universe not normally occupied by either, I give Wolverine the edge, as mortality in general is only in question in WB cartoons and the like, whereas - except for mutants which always seem to find a way back - people do die in the MU.

Well bugs bunny wouldnt hit him or anything just dodge realy, and wolverine even if he gets a hit or two he will heal which is the same thing as bugs bunny because all the looney tunes character can split them selves to a thousand pieces and join up again so DRAW.
But a silly fight choice though.
