dude, only few peepz are from the phils. here, you can't use the local dialect.

The problem lies in the mindset of the leaders. Obviously they are being self-centered. The chance for this to happen evolves around more pressure from the public. If the people push them more and protest, the leaders would be forced to change.

Not yet, but the will of the people and the education of them will force this to happen. You have doctors getting nurses training just to have employment, lawyers working as telemarketers, and incredible unemployment... the common person will force changes for the better.
