Do you mean you cannot ejaculate semen at all? How do you know you have no sperm? You would need a fairly high powered microscope to find that out. In either case, however, you need to see a doctor.

Psychology has a lot to do w/ masturbation.If you can masturbate but could not produce sperms,i think you have psychological problem.Consult your doctor.
