Specifically, as it relates to record level bonuses being awarded to CEO's and employees of top 5 Wall Street firms. Although, there appears to be absence of real wage growth despite productivity growth for frontline workers.

The CEO and all there moola? well by gosh they earned it did not they? well, i know they think they did. but since you think you should spread the wealth then the average worker would only get a pittance of the money that is spent of these CEO salaries.
Just think...they still have to pay huge salaries..but that is not really bother me...what bothers me is how much money the government through all kind of taxes..social security..etc
and if you win the lottery ...boy do they get a big chunk of something that very few Americans will ever see. The Tax system seems very unfair to me...15 % across the border for everyone..that sounds reasonable.

Remember that CEO's are the best in their fields. They are the Michael Jordans, A-Rods, and Peyton Mannings of the business world. It is ignorance when people argue that CEO's inherited these roles.

They have worked harder and smarter than a vast majority of the populace. When was the last time a front line worker put in a 70-90 hour week? For no additional pay??

Also consider that they started working hard much earlier than the front-line worker. School is tough, and apparently, the front-line worker either could not make it, or did not want to make it. Proof: if they had more education, they wouldn't be a front-line worker for long.

It irks me to see people discount the hard work performed by executives. Maybe they don't sweat, but they excelled in intellectual fields that college and high school dropouts decided was too difficult. Give them the credit and compensation that most of them have earned.
