Well despite everyone else's opinions I'd say Motley Crue but that's personal taste - I love the Crue!
I've also seen Motley Crue live and thought they were awsome but haven't seen Aerosmith do a live show so it's difficult to compare.
Aerosmith have probably had more hits in the chart and reached a wider audience.
I think they both still look great and are definitely both still rockin' it, but I still have to side with the Crue!

Not even close. Aerosmith. Aerosmith has stood the test of time, been around through the decades and is true rock & roll. Motley Crue was an 80's phenom...died when hair bands did.

Personally - Motley Crue for sure, but Aerosmith are more acceptable to a wider audience.

Aerosmith are by far more popular than Motley Crue. MC are not that well known outside of the states, whereas Aerosmith...... Love'em!!!
