Depends why you miscarried the first time.
Your doctor would have your complete medical history and would be in a far better position to talk to you about this.
In the meantime, just use your common sense and take care of yourself.

The most common cause of miscarriage in early pregnancy is chromosomal abnormality in the embryo or fetus. Simply put, the mother's body was able to recognize such abnormality so it prevents it from growing to term pregnancy which will later on become a congenital abnormality. If you only have a miscarriage once, your chances of having another miscarriage is slightly increased (but not as high as when you had several miscarriages or you are old). If you see signs of bleeding better see a doctor. Get more rest and don't worry too much.

TAKE IT EASY!!!! DONT STRESS OUT!!!!
That is the best advice anyone can give you, I know that stress isnt the only thing to make you miscarry, but it does help not to be up and about if you are high risk. Eat healthy foods and just try your hardest to relax, sorry I dont know everything about it, but some people are more likely to have them than others, so just please try not to over analyse and think too much, just take it easy!!!
Sorry to say the same thing again and again but its the advice I got!!
Good Luck and Congratulations

There really is no pinpoint reason that women miscarry,i have miscarried twice.normally it is that something is wrong with the development of the baby.but don't sit there and worry about it,stress can cause more harm than good!AND Congrats!

Try to go over your mind's eye and see what was the cause and avoid it or them. Work less, don't climb stairs, don't have any acrobatic sex, eat right and everything should be alright. Cheers!
