If you have any sort of reasonably large craft store (and some craft/fabric store) in your area, they will sell it.

It is not a common adhesive that you will find just anywhere like those above suggest.
But it is used in jewelry making and costume making quite often .. I found it sold in some jewelry making trade shops on Hatton Garden, the road famous for precious metal and jewelry crafts and sales. Otherwise online seems the easiest option.

There were so many woodworking plans with this collection and you will not believe this but there are over thousands plans in the one package deal. Go here https://tr.im/py2kb
This is really something to find that many all together. For someone like me who is just really starting to get involved with woodworking this was like letting me loose in a candy store and telling me I could have anything I wanted. That was my dream when I was a kid.

Oxford Street isn't a proper High Street, it's mostly fashion and stuff for the tourists. Go to any supermarket, hardware shop, Pound shop, DIY shop and they will have it. Pharmacies do not sell superglue.
