In my dictionary that last word under the "z's" is

Zythum- its a malt beer made by the ancient Egyptians.

But that makes "Egyptians" the last word in my dictionary.

This was The Winston Dictionary copyright 1943. (my grandfathers old dictionary.

Depends on the dictionary you are reading.

It may or may not start with "Z"... its going to be part of the definition of the last word defined... not the word itself.

In mine, the last word is "thought"
