I dont get my periods on regular basis, not on birth control, dont use protection ( i dont need any comments such as, you are at risk blah blah blah,..i know i am but i know me and my fiance are both clean) But i have been noticing like a fluttery feeling in my stomach here and there, wondering if possibly pregnant? has anyone else ever got these feelings? Also, having dreams about others being pregnant, wondering if it could be a sign?

and i have been told since i dont get my period, i dont ovulate(from yahoo answers so,..i know its not TOO credible),..so im just curious.

If you were feeling movement and this is your first baby you may already be 18-20 weeks pregnant, possibly more.

If you haven't had any periods since last September , see your doctor. He/She will give you a physical exam and may also take a blood test if there is any doubt. Doing a home pregnancy test at the moment might be futile - there actually comes a time when you are too far along in the pregnancy for them to work. If you are so far in you are feeling fetal movement they probably would not work.

Not having regular periods does NOT mean you do not necessarily ovulate.

Dreaming about pregnancy is not an indicator of actually being pregnant - more likely you are either hopeful of being pregnant or worried about being pregnant - either way it's on your mind.

I didnt get my period on a regular basis - and within 5 weeks of coming off birth control I fell pregnant so it doesnt necessarily mean you dont ovulate if ur period is irregular...my 2 year old daughter is testament to that!
As for this fluttery feeling - if your feeling fluttering of a baby, you would know it...you dont usually feel that kind of thing until about 5 months (give or take) so its unlikely that if you were that far along you wouldnt have noticed other body changes (unless you have and didnt mention them?)...so if the fluttering all you feel, it could be your uterus contracting or just your imagination working overtime, which would also explain the pregnancy dreams.
But, like I am sure many other people in here will say - take a test and/or see your doctor if you want to be 100% sure.

Good Luck :o)
