Time is called the 4th dimension, as far as I know there is no name for any dimensions above that. Space is not a separate dimension, it consists of 3 dimensions, and it's the dimensional region we all live in.
Before time was called the 4th dimension theories were suggested that all dimensions were spacial, i.e. in space. If you could somehow enter a region of space where 4 or more dimensions were evident they would appear normal to you as 3 dimensions do now. Also time would still appear to pass as it does now. However, no-one has ever managed to prove this. There is a 3-dimensional representation of 4 dimensional space, it's called a hyper-cube and it looks like a cube inside another cube, but that's only our representation of it. Unfortunately a 4 dimensional object cannot realistically be drawn in 3 dimensional space, in the same way as a 2 dimensional or 1 dimensional object can't be either.

Think of it this way:
Take a point, just one. That's one dimension. Extend the point left and right and up and down on a plane. That's two dimensions. Extend the lines out of the plane of the paper, in front and behind. That's the third dimension. Suppose when you did this you created a three dimensional cube. Now move the cube. You've created a fourth dimension, time, which compares things moving through 3 dimensions in space.

The first 3 dimension are the dimensions of space. Time is the 4th dimension. There is no actual 5th dimension, such as we can perceive it; there are theories that say that our universe has 10-11 dimensions. This is in theoretical physics and in mathematics.

Space isnt another dimension, its covered by the first 3 - unless you know about some weird dimensions unknown to the rest of us. Time is considered the 4th.
Einstein wasn't the first to suggest this - see H G Wells' 'The Time Machine' but because of his special theory of relativity such ideas are usually credited to him.

There can be several spatial dimensions. Time is often said to be a 4th dimension, but there are theories that have a 4th dimension of space too. String theory uses eleven dimensions, all spatial.

Actually, time is not a dimension. You can only go one way through time. In a dimension, you can go two ways, forward and back. You can only go forward in time.
I do not know what four dimensions would look like.
