Buy a Triumph.....then you don't have to worry about this.

Get a Speed Triple or a Daytona.

First make sure you get a bike for the purpose you want it. Do you want speed, looks, power. You can get one with all the options mentioned, Also how much do you weigh? You want to get one that will support you and you will be able to CONTROL. Do you want one that you can take OFF road and for the Highway also? Do you want one strictly for Off road? How much do you know about maintaining one? There are many many options out there and you have to take into account EVERYTHING you want to be able to do with the Bike you are going to buy. The MOST important thing is HOW EXPERIENCED are you in riding? Use common sense also as the paint in the road will throw you, wet leaves, gravel, and many many other things. The CENTER of the road IS THE worse place to ride as the Oil from the cars will be there and it will throw you in a heartbeat. I have rode a bike for years before I became disabled, so please be CAREFUL. One last thing. Watch out for drivers in automobiles because they do not respect you on a Bike, and the ones who DO cannot see you some of the times also as a Bike is a lot SMALLER than a car as I am sure you know.

Here's a simple solution. Forget these bikes and get a Harley Davidson.
