DNR means do not resuscitate it does not mean "do not treat". I feel that a lot of people, including healthcare workers confuse this. Even if a person is terminal, they have the right to die comfortably and with dignity. I know it is hard to let someone go, but I think it is harder to keep someone who is suffering, no one deserves this. Everyone should have an advanced directive so that their family will know what this person wants when the time comes. How do I find results of survey?

ask me via yahoo IM anything you wish about DNR orders and Advanced Directives. Unfortunately I had to sign them for my little daughter when she was 15 1/2 months old and in the ICU.
