You need to have maybe 3 or 4 main objectives relating to the title of your proposal. Then you need to make sure that all the information you gather from your literature review can be used to meet and link up with your main objectives. Objective 1 could be : To investigate the factors influencing consumer behaviour. Objective 2: To analyse and evaluate consumer trends for the purposes of determining the main customer needs and wants in today's market. Objective 3: To investigate the role technology has played in changing customer preferences that has afected their behaviours. All the way through your proposal, you will be gathering information related to each of these for a planned dissertation which you won't do I expect until next year.
