If he's cheating at home:
put on a pair white sox and skate around the bathroom floor, sit down and investigate the hair you pick up. (all women go in the bathroom)
when you come home press redial on the phone to see where he dialed last.
Men keep there sources close to them, so study him. where does he put his pants, wallet, cell phone, etc. at night? That's where you'll find the best clues.
Ametures will leave clues like glass (water) rings on the table. two rings indicate a second person.
If he's cheating away from home:
He'll most likely run out of excuses about where he's been and hang himself.
If he has a cell phone, have his calls transfer to a friend's phone before he leaves the house. Be sure to set it back before he catch on.
leave a tube of lipstick in his car, find it in his face and ask him where it came from. If he try to justify it, you got him.
If he's a internet surfer, go to a friends house and play the horny blonde on a chat line, set a date and see if he take the bate.

Why waste time, you appear to be convinced he's cheating, so why not spend your time preparing for the divorce which is just around the corner. Investigating him will only serve to make you feel hurt and angry. Just get the damned divorce and move on.

Changes in behaviour is biggest indicator. If all of a sudden he is taking more interest in his appearance, sneaking out to take phonecalls, being protective of his phone, completely new interests. If you are normally a trusting person and you have a hunch, unfortunately it'll probably be correct.

Check his phone bills. Check with his office regarding appoitnments. Get close friends to help with tailing him in different vehicles.
Be discreet. Ask yourself how would you do it if you wanted to cheat on your husband. It takesa thief to catch a thief.
