I didnot think that my host's free basic hosting comes up with a top banner ad .i bought my domain from them.i want to transfer my files another free ad-free hosting.my host never seem to reply me.what can i do please step by step of dns transfer. I got a new host who told me to host free ad-free too.

I've done this before, the 2 ways i did it were ftp (if the site allows it) and manually.
Manually is actually easy but time consuming.
While your on the page click "view" (in ie toolbar) then source, you now have the page html code in front of you hit {control+a} to select all and then {control+c} to copy, now on your computer somewhere create a new text file (right click menu) and then in new file hit {control+v} and your pages code is now here.
its then file>save as>and name the file the original html name.(example index.html). You can now upload this file to new site and walla page transfered. if you have graphics on page you may need to right click on orig page and save pictures to your computer and upload them seperatley.
