Okay I've never believed in stuff like bigfoot and aliens, but the other day I was at a friends house and her 22 year old daughter had just pulled in the driveway (she had just got back from college) anyway she came running in the house crying and screaming (she was histerical) we could barely calm her down. She said that she thinks she saw bigfoot (keep in mind that she has always been a rational girl) She said she was driving home early that morning and thought she saw a man standing by the road, so she slowed down to let him cross, but as she got closer she saw that it was not a man. It was very tall and was covered in silvery hair. It was standing upright holding something small and hairy in its hand. So we got on the internet and it turned out that people had seen a similar thing on the same road that weekend. we are kinda scared, I believe she saw something, but not sure what it was. any ideas? anyone see the same thing?

I had a similar experience when i lived out in the country in southern Mo. All we ever saw was a huge dark figure walking upright through the woods. We also found giant footprints in the dew covered grass the next morning. Also the dogs would always go insane when this creature was near.
I'm not saying that it was a "bigfoot" but it certainly did have BIG feet! LOL

Silver haired? That statement makes me believe she really did see a "bigfoot". Scientists are saying that if there really is a creature like this, it might be related to the silver backed apes somehow. Makes sense to me. My friend was at a hunting camp near Mt. St. Helens in Wa some years ago and swears they heard a unidentifiable growling in the woods next to their camp and brush moving. Now, she was with a bunch of avid hunters that grew up in the woods practically and even they were a "little" scared. They had encountered bears, wolves, raccoons, cougars, you name it and nobody ever heard that sound before...

There are stories of old silver haired bigfoot. They seem to get silver as do humans. Based on reports, they generally start out life as light skinned with nearly black hair, and get darker skin as they age. Their hair turns from black to brown to reddish brown to silver as they age. Encounters along roads at night are more common than you might think. The vast majority (and I assume your friend is included) do not report it because there is very little to gain and lots to lose. I would recommend keeping a camera on hand and could you please give a rough idea where you were (i.e eastern Washington). I have not seen one but am convinced I had one walk up on my brother and I while we were searching for them. It is a scary thought to have a giant hairy hominoid sneaking around in your back yard.
