I want to send these ideas to higher authoroties, but how as I stay in another country?
Also government can save lot's of money by way of my ideas.

yahoo answers itself is a media,if u want shall i ask questions regarding this ,so that ur ideas will be seen not only by india,but all over the world.

if u have a better idea, and plans,, better come to india,, work with any construction company,, government do not give anywork directly to any one,, it is a bid for such things,, and the activities will be carried out by conttractor,
more over u can arranage a training programme for such companies,, who is engaged and involved,,
if your idea can save the money too,, any indian govt will help u to live easily and happily
depends how it is beneficial to them,, and any time u can resopnd back to me,, may be i wud love to work out
