Fung Shui long hall apt.?

Question

I just read that it is not good to live in an apt. that a long hall leads to my front door, but that is my case. The entrance, the long hall then the door to my livingroom. Which one would be the main entrance to my apt, the first i walk into the long hall, or the one i enter into my livingroom apt at the end of the hall? Things are kind of screwed up in my life. Is there any remedy for this ailment?? Please help!!

Main entrance to your apt will be the entrance to the long hall, which I presume opens to the outside world.

Please provide some directions - which way is your house facing? When you enter the house which is the direction opposite you?

Use a compass if required.
