vegetarian ladies out there that can help me?

i need to plan a 7-day meal plan, for pregnant or lactating vegetarian women for a nutritional assignment, i'm not a vegetarian or pregnant, so i AM STUCK!

please help me!

Cut down on high-fat foods
Eating healthy foods, which are low-fat, low cholesterol and high in fibre
Fruits and vegetables
Whole grains, like cereal, rice and pasta
Lean fish
Beans and peas
Nuts and seeds in limited amounts
