When I was about 7 or 8 i had just woken up and my dad had my telescope in his hands looking at a church about half a mile away, he said "this telescope is so powerful you can actually hear the church bell ringing! here, take a look" of course, i looked, and like a fool said "oh yeah, i can hear it"! anything similar?

no but I've done it to others before. For example in the third grade there was this little girl who wasn't very good at math would always mess up when the teacher would call on her, so the next time she got called on, the aswer to the teachers question was the number eleven. I whispered in her ear "...the answer is eleven-teen" and she got excited and shouted out "eleven-teen!". Everybody in the class laughed at her. :-( I feel bad

Oh yes! But I wasn't a child! My husband (boyfriend then) and I were returning from a Paris trip and were on the Ferry crossing from Calais to Dover and I was taking photos of Calais as we departed, all of a sudden he gets excited and starts saying, 'Look a shark!' And I'm like 'where!!' My husband still plays silly gags on me like that, brings out the blonde in me and gives him a chuckle! I don't mind, I know he is only being playful!

I'm abit of a joker with my kids,whilst we were all out walking our dogs in the country side,in the distance I could hear a car sterio. My youngest was about 3 at the time & she was asking me about some poppies that were next to the path. I couldn't resist it, I told her thay were very special flowers, then said sshhh listen can you hear them, they're musical'. She totally believed me, untill the next time she saw a poppy. I had to tell her the truth.
