im looking for some because when i showed my friend i got this expensive necklace for valentines day she said she got 10 black roses which cost loads and loads of money and i didnt think they even existed

Technically they are "very dark red". Never seen them for sale...

Tattoo prices vary from size, difficulty and area of the body. I suggest saving now as sleeve tattoos (shoulder to wrist) can range from £300 to £700 maybe more depending on the tattoo shop and the artist themselves. (If an artist likes the design they sometimes give a discount.) As yours is just a dragon and not a proper sleeve it could be less than £500. I know someone who got half a sleeve and it cost them £450. You could always ring a tattooist and ask for an estimate. You could also chance going into a place and asking. Sometimes they don't ask your age straight away. Worst case scenario is you save all that money and don't want a tattoo so you can spend it on whatever :)

As far as I know there is no such thing as a black rose. If you do find any I am sure that they will be very expensive.

I think they are often sprayed with a dye, or they absorb dye into the petals through the water they are kept in. They're very beautiful. Ask your local florist.
