Thats it! the decision is made, I want to sell up and start a b+b or backpackers hostel somewhere in the sun with the good wife. The sooner the better.... anyone got any `sensible` ideas? or.. does anyone know of any `relocation` type companies in the UK?

If you have an idea of which country it is probably better to visit . Look at it with a different viewpoint: could you live in that area, would you be welcome, is there a need for your business etc.
It's surprising how different places become when you look at them this way.
Any relocation company will charge you, that will certainly "bump up" your costs.
