Good for you. U may just be a great person with a nice personality. Or maybe you have a nice body. Either way, dont let it end up being a disadvantage to you. E.g. don't get tempted to be wayward and dont develop an "I am it" attitude.

maybe they are drawn to the fact that you are feeling bad and want to comfort you. if any of my friends weren't feeling well i'd comfort them and show them i care.
but if its random guys coming up to you, they just won't understand.
