Rudest....hmm either americans or the french.
Sweetest....cyrpians, bulgarians and greeks. Everyone I've met from those countries have been lovely xD

Rudest country:
China...
This is just my personal experience, but my visits to China were all horrible. The taxi drivers tried to cheat my parents out of their money, people spat everywhere, and I felt extreme prejudice from the Chinese people because I was Japanese...
Of course, who am I to say which country's the rudest?

I'd say that we American's are the rudest (france coming in second) and the Netherlands is the sweetest (and that opinion is not based on my own selfish wish to go to Amsterdam)

It depends on the circumstances, personal relationships and business are 2 completely different things, because for instance, I have a lot of Indian/Pakistani friends, very close friends too I might add, who I find are usually really nice people, UNTIL it comes time to do business, then I refuse point blank to do work for them as customers in my business, because they are cheapskates who will rob you blind and not think twice about it, which is more to do with the culture they come from, where getting one over the next bloke and dudding him in a deal is considered a feather in your cap, more than the people themselves, thats just the way business is done over there.
But overall, after travelling to over 25 countries in my life, some for work some for pleasure, I have yet to find anyone more friendly and hospitable than the Norwegians, it blows my mind everytime I go there, they put us to shame in the way they treat guest in their country .
