an interesting and surely unusual question. it goes with our present times and it goes with the everyday headlines of major and minor newspapers. it is impossible "not to be aware, not to think, not to reflect, not to consider, not to be cautious" about "terror" in general. But worrying to the same extent that one does worry when the doctor announces "u have x yrs. to live, or you have x sickness, cancer or whatever" the answer is definitely a NO, no comparison. But, to see "terror" any day as the headline of a major newspaper and to declare that "it does not bother me a bit" is just non-sense or simply lying. and I hate to lie to myself. Hope it helps.

I live in London and don't think twice when I get on the tube or bus, I love London and would never let anything make me scared of living here or make me consider moving away. I think that if you spend too much time worrying about terrorism you waste your time and make yourself paranoid, plus the more we become afraid the more willing we will be, as a society, to give up some of our freedoms - which I believe is a bad thing

I am a Brit and I worry more about George Bush and what he will do next. He and his government have orchestrated the whole thing, from 9/11 to invading iraq and executing saddam, and we wonder why we have so called terrorists. Rtaher than worrying about a few muslims who will blow up a bus in london i think we should worry bout the nation on a larger scale, its very frightening whats happening if you sit and think about it

Worry is a strong word...
Being aware of the possibility and filing that knowledge away to get on with the daily details of your life is a fair assessment of most people...and the awareness will trigger some worry if you notice an unattended package under the seat, or a passenger who is acting very suspiciously.
Worry causes stress, stress causes wrinkles, and wrinkles feed the plastic surgery market...Why do terrorists want me to get a face-lift?
Smile more...Worry less.

I have an incurable illness, and worry about nothing that I have no control over. I could worry about when and where I might pop my clogs, but I don't. I have a positive outlook. I get up everyday, and one of my first thoughts is "Still here then". I enjoy the day whatever I do. I thank God and my Husband for a lovely day when I get into bed at night. Every day might be my last day, so I live it like it is. One day I will be right.

You can't think about or analyse this issue too much or you would drive yourself mad. There is a very strong threat of terroism and most people are aware of that especially when you are in busy places or on certain kinds of transport, but you have to put the worry to the back of your mind and go on living your life.

No. I was born in 1941 and have seen my city bombed to bits - it scared the living daylights out of everyone but we got through.
Mainland UK had 30 years of terrorism by the IRA.
No terrorist is going to stop me living my life as I see fit.
I will travel to London from my suburban home anytime I like, using my FREEDOM PASS.

No, I worked in a nuclear bunker with Russian missiles targeted on us and while they threatened - the IRA set of home made bombs - they nearly had me once. But hell crossing the road is dangerous, you could get run down by a bus - just do ask my mum advised and wear clean underwear just in case! lol

No, foreign terrorism gained lot of attention after 9/11, but its still rare occurence compare to violent crimes, accidents...etc. There's better chance of getting hit by car, bus, flying hot dog, bird, poop or whatever than getting hurt in terrorists attack.

No. You have a greater statistical chance of drowning in your bathtub on a Thursday.
Your worrying about it is the goal of the terrorist. When you let that worry dictate how you live your life, you're surrendering to them and allowing them a win.
