Brown not in it for the power?

Don't make me laugh. Actually, carry on, I could do with a jester.

Brown is notorious for being a complete control freak in the Treasury. Him in Number 10 will be a nightmare. He'll be worse than Blair for wanting to micromanage absolutely everything.

As for Cameron? Has he come up with any policies yet?

I agree with the first answer here: Hague.

I don't like either of them but almost anyone is preferable to Brown.

Brown, definitely, though I thoroughly dislike and disapprove of most of his colleagues.

Brown is a genuine, sincere man. He may not get it right all the time, and he can be edgy and difficult.

But I think he is in politics to make a difference, rather than for personal aggrandisement and power like most of them.

He lives a relatively normal lifestyle, doesn't take flash holidays, works hard and does his best.

And his wife is a lovely woman who concentrates on her kids and on charity work rather than swanning round trying to look important.

Brown every time for me. Even though I never vote Labour (due to the rest of them being appalling).
