Dear click on OPTIONS in top left cornor of the page. Let the page open. You shall find link "Block Address" under mail option. click that link. Enter the email address or domain name which you want to block. Click on Add block button.

Go to options in your right hand corner of your screen tap on this, wait for it to open then go to General preferences, There you can open an area where you can type the individual you want blocked and the rest is history..

in GMAIL u can just create a FILTER blocking that user from sending MAILS to u
