When I first figured out I was gay I prayed every day for a "cure". Now I wouldn't change me for anything. I like who I am. I am a good person, and being gay is part of that.

That's a silly question. That seems to imply that I was straight at one point, and then turned gay.
I have always been gay, as far back as I can remember. I certainly tried to be straight, and I pretended that I was straight, but I never was straight.
And no, I really really don't miss pretending and lying.
I'm quite content with who I am.

Why are you gay. and want tobe straight now. To me I'm staying the way I'm Gay Or Straight or both what ever makes me happy. Does this answer your question.

I think you are pretty much born whatever orientation you are. So the idea of straight again isnt valid.
