A quite unusual question. The vagina gives men pleasure. If a man experiences pain while having vaginal intercourse, then something is not normal. He should seek help from a professional.

Sure is gonna hurt like heck! Even worse will be the procedure for outfitting you with a vagina so you can vaginal intercourse. Really now! Men don't have vaginas therefore they can not have vaginal intercourse. (Unless of course the man is a trans sexual in which case it is then possible but by the time a male has a vagina he should now be referred to as a "she" and as a "woman".)

Is it painful? What would lead you to believe that it is? It's about as far away from painful as you could get. Believe me if it was painful guys wouldn't do it. Studies have shown that it's pretty much what we think about all the time, or at least every eight seconds or something...

The chances of tearing and friction can be reduced with the use of lubricant. It shouldn't be painful for guys.
