I have a question in return, do they get worse during her periods too?

The reason I ask is b/c it's possible that she could be dealing with endometriosis. As for the issue of the dr, if she does go and the pediatrician decides she should see a gyn let her know that it's ok to make the appt such that she can talk to the dr in plainclothes first before any kind of exam is done. The same principle applies to any other specialty where one might have to undress.

It could be something like her gallbladder... that's what I am going through now... I was having chest pains and headaches and a hole lot of different problems... and I was always in the doctors office. Well about a month ago the doc decided to do a blood test on my liver and my test results came back abnormal and then I had to do an ultrasound on the liver and they found Gallstones and I have to have surgery. I have been having stomach pains for almost a month now. I would have little sharp piercing pains once a month for a long time in my stomach. and I was telling the doc and they weren't doing anything... so good luck.

It could be something wrong with her Gall Bladder Kidneys Spleen any of these. Abdominal pain is the worse pain to over look. She does need to go to the doctor becuase there could be soemthing seriously wrong with her. Or she may just be eating food with too much acids.

that could be premenstrual syndrome
well,apply hot or warm compress,..
she must avoid drinking soda, eating chocolates
because these triggers the syndrome.
she must have a well balanced diet and a routinely pattern sleep... to help her blood circulates normally...

i hope these could be a big help for you then..
